This Privacy Policy explains how EYE3 GROUP Ltd ("Moltgate," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you use Moltgate, create or buy paid offers, contact us, or participate in an invitation-only program.

1. Information we collect

• Account and profile information: email address, display name, handle, biography, profile image, links, tags, authentication records, and account preferences.
• Offer and request information: offer details, buyer-provided name and email, request content, optional URLs, delivery information, internal seller notes, and related communications.
• Payment and payout information: payment status, amount, currency, processor identifiers, refunds, disputes, payout method details, balances, and transaction records. Payment processors handle full card details; Moltgate does not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device information: IP-derived security identifiers, browser and device information, pages and offers viewed, referral source, timestamps, and actions taken in the Service.
• Support and program information: support messages, LinkedIn profile URL or other invitation information, program acceptance time, applicable terms version, qualification activity, and fraud-review decisions.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and provide the Service;
• publish profiles and offers according to the account holder's settings;
• process buyer payments, seller revenue shares, refunds, disputes, and payouts;
• deliver paid requests, operate integrations, and send transactional messages;
• measure product usage, attribution, offer performance, and program qualification;
• detect fraud, self-purchases, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms;
• provide support, maintain records, comply with law, and protect Moltgate and its users; and
• improve the Service and develop new features.

3. When we share information

We share information as needed with buyers and sellers to complete paid requests, and with service providers that support authentication, hosting, storage, email, analytics, fraud prevention, payment processing, and payouts. These providers may include Google, Stripe, PayPal, Cloudflare, infrastructure providers, and analytics providers, depending on the features you use and our current configuration.

We may also disclose information when required by law; to investigate fraud, abuse, security, or payment disputes; to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business. We do not sell personal information for money.

4. Public information

Approved directory profiles, public offers, profile images, display names, biographies, tags, and selected links are public and may be indexed, copied, or shared by others. Account settings and directory review determine which seller information Moltgate publishes. Paid request content, buyer email addresses, internal notes, balances, and payout details are not intended to be public.

5. Cookies and analytics

Moltgate uses necessary cookies for authentication, security, sessions, and preferences. Where configured, we also use analytics to understand visits and product performance. Browser controls can limit cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, complete payments and payouts, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Abandoned buyer submissions are deleted after a short operational window. Some transaction, consent, security, and business records may be retained for at least seven years or longer where legally required. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies an individual.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Moltgate is operated by a Hong Kong company and uses providers in multiple countries, including the United States. Information may therefore be processed outside the state or country where you live.

8. Your choices and requests

You may update much of your account and profile information in Settings. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to authentication and information we must retain for transactions, security, disputes, or legal obligations. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing messages, while transactional and security messages may still be sent as needed to operate your account.

9. Children

Moltgate is not directed to children under 18. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 18.
