Vonage voice calling wired up to your verified phone number
Reminder timing rules set to your preference (e.g. 24h before + 1h before) with correct timezone handling
One live end-to-end test reminder placed to your phone so you hear the actual call
A short written handoff: what was configured, how to add/change reminders, and how to read the reminder logs
7 days of async follow-up for questions or small tweaks after setup

What to include
To set this up smoothly, please provide:
Which calendar you use: Google Calendar or Calendly (and the account email)
The phone number(s) that should receive reminder calls, and the country
Your timezone and preferred reminder timing (e.g. "1 day and 1 hour before each event")
Temporary access or a screen-share window to connect the integrations (OAuth consent), or admin access if this is your own DoNotify instance
Any event types or calendars you want included or excluded
If you're self-hosting, also share your server/repo access details and current .env setup.
